Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the s7spin platform (accessible at s7spin.net and its associated mobile interface), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

s7spin reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during a player's registration or subsequent use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within the required timeframe will result in account suspension.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the s7spin platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, s7spin will consolidate or close the duplicate accounts, may void any associated bonus claims, and may suspend the player's access pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and promptly update it if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time at s7spin's discretion, you will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. s7spin reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC documentation is received and verified to our satisfaction.

4.4 Account Approval

Registration of an account does not guarantee approval. s7spin reserves the right to decline any registration application, or to close an approved account, at our sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason, subject to the return of any verified real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your s7spin account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

s7spin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to come from s7spin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify s7spin immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. s7spin will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that such losses did not result from a failure of s7spin's own security systems.

All connections to the s7spin platform are protected by SSL 256-bit encryption. Player passwords are stored in hashed form and are not accessible to s7spin staff.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

s7spin currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits at the time of your transaction:

6.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit or withdrawal request.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the selected payment method. s7spin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delay.

6.4 Third-Party Payments

s7spin does not accept deposits from payment accounts or cards that are not registered in the player's own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Any funds received from a third-party payment source will be returned to the sender, less any applicable bank charges.

6.5 Currency

The s7spin platform operates primarily in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, conversion to PHP will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by s7spin are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. These Terms and Conditions provide the general framework applicable to all bonuses. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player must be wagered a minimum number of times before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute less than 100% toward the fulfilment of a wagering requirement; game contribution rates are listed on the s7spin promotions page.

7.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements that have not been fulfilled by the expiry date will be forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

s7spin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to suspend the associated account — if we determine, at our reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming a welcome bonus on multiple accounts, making deposits and withdrawals without placing genuine wagers, exploiting promotional loopholes, wagering with stakes or betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct that s7spin reasonably determines constitutes abuse of the promotional system.

7.5 Right to Withdraw Offers

s7spin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in progress at the time of discontinuation will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of the claim.

Gaming Rules & Conduct

8.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the s7spin platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the conduct of that game.

8.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a wager or game session, s7spin reserves the right to void the affected wager or game round and return the wagered stake to the player's account balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. s7spin will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a technical malfunction.

8.3 Disconnection

If your connection to the s7spin platform is interrupted during a game session, s7spin's servers will continue to process the game according to the rules applicable at the time of disconnection. The outcome of the game will stand and will be recorded in your account history. s7spin is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side network or device failures.

8.4 Wager Finality

Once a wager has been placed and confirmed by the s7spin system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player, except as expressly provided under the applicable game rules. All game outcomes are final once settled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the s7spin platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances held in the account (where permitted by applicable law), and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place wagers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker, baccarat, or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in game algorithms.

Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the s7spin platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from s7spin.

The s7spin name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of s7spin. Unauthorised use of s7spin trademarks is prohibited.

Privacy & Data

In no event shall s7spin's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their s7spin account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit s7spin's liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Account Suspension & Closure

14.1 Suspension by s7spin

s7spin reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In such cases, s7spin may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the player's account balance is legitimately held, it will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

14.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your s7spin account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. s7spin reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts to cover the costs of maintaining the account. Players will be notified before a dormancy fee is applied. Once the account balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed.

Amendments to These Terms

s7spin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, s7spin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address registered on their account, via an in-platform notification, or by publishing a notice on the s7spin website.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at s7spin.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the latest version came into force. Your continued use of the s7spin platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or to your use of the s7spin platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Most account-related disputes can be resolved within five (5) business days of the initial complaint being submitted.
